Babydoll Marlborough Sav Blanc 2022

Babydoll sheep stand barely two feet tall. Too short to reach the grapes, these pint-sized organic weeders provide year round mowing and pest control, plus a handy dose of fertiliser. Having Babydoll sheep graze in the vineyard cuts down on energy intensive mowing, and helps keep the brand at the forefront of sustainable wine production.

The wine is pretty special too. The nose is lifted with fresh aromas of passionfruit and blackcurrant leaf. The sweet guava and gooseberry flavours on the palate, combined with the fresh acidity create an expressive, moreish and attractive Sauvignon Blanc. Beautiful with fresh seafood, light salads and goats cheese. 12.5% abv.
