Sourced from old vines in the Limestone Coast of South Australia, this Cabernet Sauvignon is super fragrant and aromatic, reminiscent of cooler vintages in Bordeaux. With loads of complex characters including classic cassis and blackberry, garden herb, pencil pine and rich mineral nuance. The palate is medium to full in weight, with grippy but integrated tannins that are driving a long finish. Excellent in it’s youth it will also reward with short term cellaring.
