Having Babydoll sheep graze in the vineyard cuts down on energy intensive mowing, and helps keep Babydoll at the forefront of being one of New Zealand's most sustainable wineries. The wine is pretty darn special too.

The Pinot Gris grapes for this Sparkling Blush come from the Seaview vineyard in the Awatere Valley. The wine is pink salmon in colour with lifted floral and peach aromas. The palate is beautifully balanced with fine persistent bubbles and flavours of ripe pear and fresh red berries. This blush bubbly is the perfect way to celebrate any occasion... with an amazing price to boot!
