Elephant in the Room Merlot 2022

The Elephant in the Room wines are proudly large in scale and expansive in flavour. A "Mammoth" wine created to give consumers exactly what they want – Big, full bodied & mouth-filling that deliver maximum pleasure.

This Whopping Merlot is sourced from slow ripening, cool climate vineyards on the Limestone Coast of South Australia. It's medium bodied but packed full of flavour, with textbook cooler vintage Merlot characters of dark berry fruit and plum characters, with bright colours and a youthful taste. The palate has a plushness and tight, fine tannin structure with fresh acidity tying it all together.

Red and black fruits are the hall mark characteristics of this wine with subtle leaf and chocolate notes filling out the long finish. Deliciousness in spades!!!
