Organic Grape Growers Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

The Indigo Grape Growers Collective is a modern range of Organic wines sourced and crafted by a small number of like-minded vignerons from their organically grown vineyards in the historic wine regions of North-Eastern Victoria.

Though collectively known as the greater Indigo region, more specifically the fruit for these wines was grown in the heart of Rutherglen and neighbouring Glenrowan, famous for producing warm, fuller bodied wine styles with rich flavours and heady aromatics.

A true and varietal Cabernet showing regional typicity through dark, brooding berry fruit flavours alongside earth and undergrowth. Subtle floral, violet-like aromas and flavours with vanilla and cedar oak meandering through the rich fruit flavours with subtle nuances of dried herb and tobacco. Drinking wonderfully now as a full flavoured and mouth-filling wine with plushness of fruit harnessed by grainy tannins that will also ensure longevity.

Suitable for vegan, vegetarian and gluten free diets. 15% abv.
