Sec & Co. is a purveyor of fine Prosecco. Unwavering in the pursuit of crafting a wine that meets the ultimate style choice for the best of alfresco, light spirited entertaining.

The wine is crafted simply and with minimal winemaking intervention to preserve freshness and vibrancy. Like many wines, this Prosecco benefits from meticulous fruit selection that is handled with the utmost precision and care.

Sourced from Glera grapes grown in premium vineyards across Victoria, from the heights of the picturesque King Valley and inland to the West and South. Multiple picks across varying vineyards enabled us to use only the finest of fruit available. The grapes were lightly pressed to extract the purest of juice that was then transferred to stainless steel tanks for fermentation and maturation. Bottled early for a bright, fresh and lively Prosecco.

The wine displays ripe lemon citrus, apple blossom and subtle spice flavours with refreshing, crisp acidity carrying a fine string of bubbles to finish long, soft and flavoursome.
