The Love not War Organic wines are sourced from fully certified Organic vineyards and made using minimal additions. The wines are Organic, Vegan friendly and made to EU guidelines for minimal preservatives (less than 30ppm Free Sulphur). A new benchmark in affordable Organic Wines.

Sourced primarily from mature, dry-grown vineyards in South Australia, The fruit is hand-harvested and sorted before de-stemming and cool fermentation in small two tonne open fermenters with regular hand plunging. Matured in seasoned French oak (30% new French) for ten months before bottling with minimal filtration and sulphur addition.

The result is amazing! Nicely lifted and aromatically charged with red berry fruit aromas, hints of vanilla, fresh ground spices and ripe plums. Soft and seductive tannins help shape the wine yet the weight of fruit ensures it remains lithe and generous. The palate rewards with fruit vibrancy, nuanced spice and milk chocolate, and a fine, integrated acidity drives a long enjoyable finish.
