This zero alcohol wine been hand-made without the use of any artificial sweetener, but includes the addition of grape skin extract (GSE) during the winemaking process. This GSE is rich in naturally occurring antioxidants delivering more of those benefits that can already be found in red wine but without the alcohol.

Plus & Minus has been uniquely hand-crafted using only high-quality grapes from premium, dry-grown South Australian vineyards. This ensures the wine remains vibrant and full-flavoured once the process of removing the alcohol has been completed.

Sourced from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Langhorne Creek region of South Australia, this zero alcohol Rose is divine. A pale pink colour showing an attractive nose of strawberries and a gentle earthiness. The palate delivers ripe berry fruit with a soft mouthfeel and bright acidity. Serve perfectly chilled with a variety of dishes.
