Mud House South Island Pinot Gris 2022

The South Island of New Zealand covers over 151,215km2 of rugged mountains, lakes, glaciers, ski fields and rivers. As proud guardians of the land Mud House's iconic vineyards are located in some of New Zealand's defining wine regions: Marlborough, Central Otago and the Waipara Valley. Each location has been selected with care and foresight; and as a result we aim to interfere as little as possible once the grapes arrive in the hands of the winemakers. Each vintage we create a portfolio of pure, expressive, balanced, vibrant and honest wines.

This 2022 South Island Pinot Gris is a little gem. Enticing aromas of spicy apple, pear and red apple combine to deliver a juicy, succulent palate with a crisp dry finish. Pear, ginger and citrus flavours aplenty. Try with roast pork, salty crackling and a rocket, pear and walnut salad. delish! 13.5% abv
