LEMON Z BASIL SMASH!
45ml LemonZ
15ml fresh lemon juice
4 Large basil leaves
Sparkling wine
Cucumber spear and basil to garnish
METHOD:
In the base of a mixing glass add all except the sparkling wine. Muddle lightly, fill with ice and shake well. Fine strain into a chilled champagne flute & top up with sparkling wine. Garnish with a sprig of basil and a cucumber spear. Fantastico!
