Lurking in the bottle, brilliantly disguised as a full flavoured wine, is the Sheep in Wolf’s Clothing. A new low alcohol wine that promises more flavour but less calories. It offers all the enjoyment of wine but contains less than half the usual alcohol and calories than most standard table wines, as well as being delicious and refreshing (only 5.0% abv).

Sourced from dry grown established vineyards in South Australia, this is a Pinot Noir with less bite. That’s the promise with 50% less alcohol & calories that does not compromise on flavour. The wine shows varietal Pinot notes of cherry with hints of earth. The palate is light and soft with medium intensity and bright fruit expression. It finishes with clean acidity. Perfect with an antipasto plate or selection of soft cheeses
