Marston's English Pale Ale 500ml

Marston's English Pale Ale 500ml

REFRESHING LIGHT GOLDEN ALE. DELISH!

Marston’S Brewery was founded in 1834 at the Horningblow Brewery in Burton-on-Trent, England as the brainchild of brewer John Marston.
In 1898, following a merger with John Thompson and Son Ltd, the brewing moved across town to the Albion Brewery where it became famous for its use of the Burton Union system, a traditional fermenting apparatus based on fermentation in oak barrels. The brewery claims that this system adorns Marstons’s ale with a distinctive signature fruity dryness and accentuates the renowned sulphurous “Burton Snatch” aroma.
The brewery was on-sold to Wolverhampton & Dudley Breweries in 1999, and is now Britain’s largest independent brewing group. The beers are famed for their full, rich flavours and enjoyed all over the world.
EPA stands for English Pale Ale. And the stilt walker on the label is an original hop picker - in this case Cascade and Styrian hops. They give it the subtle citrus flavours and delicate bitter aftertaste. An easy-drinking, refreshing, light, golden ale which will appeal to ale and lager drinkers. And the occasional stilt walker. 3.6% abv.
