A lighter style Pinot Noir, this wine displays sweet cherry, raspberry and plum aromas with wild blackberry and red fruit flavours. Subtle herbal notes, and warm rich berry fruit flavours dominate the mid palate with a hints of vanilla, mixed spice and toasty oak characters. The soft tannins and silky texture, combined with the spicy elements contribute to a long finish and full mouth feel.

Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels, this Pinot is at its best now, and over the next 5 years. Enjoy with soft, ripe cheese, antipasto and roast lamb. 14% abv.
