Finlandia was established in the small Finnish village of Koskenkorva in 1970. To create such a premium vodka, Finlandia uses the very best that Finland has to offer. The pure glacial spring water, filtered through deposits of moraine sand formed during the Ice Age, is the core of Finlandia.

Six-row barley, native to Finland, is distilled in a continuous 200 stage process which removes all impurities, including fusel alcohols and oils, which make the vodka heavy and grainy in taste. No such nasties with Finlandia!
