For Fuck's Sake 2021 Gin 750ml

In March 2020, the arrival of COVID-19 gave a slap in the face to daily routine across the country.

We threw the brakes on a year of testing & tinkering with our gin recipes, and gassed up to start cranking out 10,000 litres of hand sanitizer to supply to communities in need. After two weeks of lockdown with the distillery running around the clock, the call was made to take a Day Off and make some gin!

So here we are, a sequel we would rather not be appearing in - with an overwhelming bout of déjà vu as we fluctuate between the COVID lockdowns. We waved off 2020 with a middle finger and now welcome a year that – at this rate - can quite frankly bugger off too.

Created with flavour, garnished with frustration, and just a little twist of fate. This is the same gin as in the F**k Off 2020 bottle, and our original Day Off Gin.

Botanicals; Juniper berries, coriander seed, angelica root, rosehips, liquorice root, pink peppercorns, mandarin, star anise and cardamom.

Style: Modern fruit forward floral gin.

Tasting notes: Mandarin and citrus notes on top, complemented with earthy spice notes of cardamom and star anise. 45% ABV.
