This wine is a delicious blend of both New Zealand and Australian Pinot Gris. The Australian fruit adds delicacy and minerality to the lovely rich flavours of the New Zealand fruit in this stunning little wine. Each parcel of Pinot Gris is harvested at optimal ripeness. After pressing, the juice is clarified and cool

fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain fruit flavour and freshness. The subtle residual sweetness and a short time on lees adds weight to this wine.
